To hold your reservation, a deposit of $300 per week per cottage is required within 10 days. Cabins #7, #9 & #10 require a $600 deposit. Our receipt of your deposit guarantees that space is reserved for you. In return, you are financially responsible for the entire cottage base rate. Deposits are refunded - less a $50 handling charge - if notice is received 90 days prior to arrival or if cottage can be re-rented. Our daily cabin rate is 1/5 of the weekly rate. All rates based on 2 person occupancy -- except for #7, #9 #10 which are 4 person. Rate for additional person: $100/week. Children to age five: $40/week. Extra daily guests will be charged $30/person. If you choose to bring your pet, it will be an additional $125. WINTER RATES Cottage #7, 9, 10 & 11 - $45 per person per night Call for the minimum nightly rates! ALL RATES ARE SUBJECT TO MINNESOTA TAXES CHECK-IN: Sat. after 3pm CHECK OUT: Sat. before 9 am
