Our receipt of your deposit guarantees that space is reserved for you. In return, you are financially responsible for the entire cottage base rate. Deposits are refunded - less a $50 handling charge - if notice is received 90 days prior to arrival or if cottage can be re-rented. Our daily cabin rate is 1/5 of the weekly rate. All rates based on 2 person occupancy -- except for #7 & #9 which are 4 person. Rate for additional person: $110/week. Children to age five: $40/week. Extra daily guests will be charged $30/person. If you choose to bring your pet, it will be an additional $150.
